Alliance of research centers
An "Alliance of Research Centres" has been announced during an official visit by the Vice-Chairman of Board of Trustees and executive Director I ICC, Dr. Sheikh Khalid bin Khalifa Al Khalifa to Morocco. Several MoUs has been signed and Arab officials was met.
The alliance includes:

Isa Cultural Centre

King Faisal Center for Islamic Research and Studies in Saudi Arabia

The Bibliotheca Alexandrina in Egypt
-
The Rabita Mohammedia des Oulémas in Morocco
The alliance is aiming to refine and enrich the intellectual and knowledge base of the Islamic culture and reality, to promote and empower the true concept of a tolerant society, in order to face the wave of ideological extremism that has distorted the core of the Arab and Islamic tolerated values.
Alliance of Arab Thought and Culture Centers (Forum of Arab Thought and Culture)
In 2015, the Emirates Center for Strategic Studies and Research announced an initiative to form an alliance of Arab research centers under the name "The Alliance of Arab Thought and Culture Centers". The alliance works to support the decision makers in these countries and illuminating the people, in away to serve the Arab region stability and national security, through conducting joint studies and analyzing the regional situation. It also formed to diagnose various challenges, developing visions and optimal options. Plus, issuing periodical reports, and holding it’s biannual Symposiums, individual and joint seminars, workshops and training courses.
General Secretariat of the Alliance of Arab Thought and Culture Centers (Forum of Arab Thought and Culture)
During the third edition of the Alliance's seminar entitled "Towards a Multipolar Security Strategy" on September 26, 2016, which was held by the Royal Institute for Strategic Studies in the Morocco, Rabat, the speakers approved the proposal of the Isa Cultural Center to establish a General Secretariat for the alliance, to organize the work of the member centers and coordinate for a contract It conducts regular seminars and raises the levels of its outputs.
A decision was issued on May 17, 2023, in Abu Dhabi, to rforme the Board of Trustees of the Alliance of Arab Thought and Culture Centers (the Arab Thought and Culture Forum) headed by His Excellency Dr. Jamal Sanad Al-Suwaidi, Deputy Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Emirates Center for Strategic Studies and Research, Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Alliance Centers for Arab Thought and Culture, and the membership of:
1. His Excellency Mr. Nabil bin Yaqoob Al-Hamar - Adviser to His Majesty the King of Bahrain for Media Affairs.
2. His Excellency Mr. Hussein Hazaa Al-Majali - Member of the Jordanian Senate - Former Minister of Interior.
3. His Excellency Mr. Mohamed Tawfiq Mouline - Director General of the Royal Institute for Strategic Studies, assigned by the Royal Court of Morocco.
4. His Excellency Mr. Khalid bin Hamad Al-Malik - Chairman of the Gulf Press Union and Chairman of the Saudi Journalists Association.
5. His Excellency Professor Osama Heikal - Former Minister of Information of Egypt.
6. His Excellency Mr. Sami Abdul Latif Al-Nisf - Former Minister of Information of Kuwait.
7. Her Excellency Dr. Saeeda bint Khater Al Farsi - Deputy Dean of Student Affairs at Sultan Qaboos University, former member of Oman State Council.
8. His Excellency Dr. Riyadh Yassin - Former Minister of Foreign Affairs of Yemen.
9. His Excellency Mr. Fawaz Ahmed Suleiman - NGO's Expert, public and international relations Consultant.
